Terms & Privacy
Everything you need to know about how Inable works.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Inable platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Inable. You can create an account either as an authorised representative of a registered business ("Brand") or as an individual creator ("Creator"). You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Campaigns and deliverables
Brands submit campaign briefs describing the deliverables, timeline, and budget they're offering. Inable reviews campaigns before they go live and matches them with suitable creators. Creators who accept an invitation agree to the deliverables and terms attached to that specific campaign, including any content usage rights and disclosure requirements (such as marking sponsored content as an ad, in line with applicable advertising standards).
3. Payments
Brands pay Inable for their approved campaigns, and Inable records each payment against the campaign. Creators are paid by Inable for their deliverables once the Inable team has verified the published content. Inable does not guarantee any particular campaign outcome (reach, engagement, or conversions). We only guarantee that verified work is paid according to the agreed terms.
4. Content ownership and conduct
Creators retain ownership of the content they produce, subject to the usage rights granted to the brand under a given campaign's terms. All content must be genuine. Fabricated reviews, misleading claims, or undisclosed sponsorships are not permitted on the platform. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this or otherwise misuse the platform.
5. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of Inable after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Inable collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, mobile number, and, depending on your role, business details or creator profile information (content niche, social handles, audience data, and, for payouts, bank account details). We also record activity needed to run the platform, such as campaign submissions, deliverable status, and payment records.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to operate the platform: matching brands with creators, processing payments, sending notifications about your campaigns or deliverables, and maintaining the security of your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Sharing of information
Information is shared only as needed to run a campaign. For example, a brand can see the public profile of a creator assigned to their campaign, and a creator can see the brand and brief details of a campaign they're invited to. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment processing and cloud hosting), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
4. Data retention and security
We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including restricting access to sensitive fields such as full bank account numbers.
5. Your choices
You can review and update most of your profile information directly from your dashboard at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data beyond what's available in your dashboard, contact us using the details below.
Frequently asked questions
How does Inable match brands with creators?
When a brand submits a campaign brief, our team reviews it and curates a shortlist of creators whose niche, audience, and past collaborations fit the brief. Brands don't browse creators directly. We handle the matching so you get a shortlist that's actually relevant, not a wall of profiles to sift through.
How do payments work?
Brands pay Inable for their approved campaigns, and the Inable team records each payment. Creators are paid by Inable once their published content has been verified. Inable doesn't release payment for unverified or incomplete work.
What if a creator doesn't deliver on time or as agreed?
Every campaign has agreed deliverables and a timeline attached when a creator accepts it. If there's a delay or a mismatch with what was promised, reach out to your Inable contact. We coordinate directly with creators on timelines and can step in on unresolved issues.
Can I sign up as both a brand and a creator?
Each account is tied to a single role (brand or creator), chosen when you sign up. If you need both, we'd recommend two separate accounts with different email addresses.
How long does onboarding take?
Most brands and creators finish their profile in a few minutes right after verifying their email. Brands add business details like category and location; creators add their content niche and social handles. You'll land on your dashboard as soon as it's submitted.
How do I delete my account or request my data?
You can update most of your profile directly from your dashboard at any time. For anything beyond that, such as account deletion or a copy of your data, email us at inablemarketingsolutions@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
